Wootech.in is providing only website design and development service, company has not providing any contents of website to the clients, if you find any illegal or copyrighted content, photos or videos to our customers website then there is not our responsibility, they upload that content them self as we providing secure admin area so they can add themself whatever they want.
We are taking charges as per customers demand of project. Also take note that we are taking 50% advance to start project, rest 50% after completed the project. for any kind of reason if you terminate the project we will not give advance back. Advance payment to start work will not refundable.
We strongly recommended to our customers to not add or upload adult or copyrighted contents to your website, if you still adding and got any legal notice or anything then only you are responsible for that not wootech.in,
We reserve the right to alter or modify these Terms at any time without giving prior notice to you. Your use of the website and/or any Services offered constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. We also reserve the right to post supplementary conditions for any Services that may be offered. In such an event, your use of those Services will be governed by these Terms as well as any such supplementary Terms that those Services may be subject to.
If you do not agree to these Terms or any future alterations or modifications to these Terms you must immediately discontinue use of the any Services offered by it.
If any of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason by any judicial or quasi – judicial(City:- Bhavnagar, State:- Gujarat) body in India, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms.
